POLITICAL DYNASTY
(UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs. PHILIPPINES)
✔️ Both tackled the kind of dynasties of both countries.
✔️ Both showed "fat" dynasties wherein one family won in election in different positions at the same year.
✔️Both shows the positive and negative effects of political dynasty in both countries.
✔️Both shows how political dynasty affects the both countries' democracy.
✔️Both shows how each families decided to run in different positions.
DIFFERENCES
✔️ Political dynasties in the Philippines not only practicing "fat" dynasty but also "thin" dynasty which is not practiced in the United States America. "Thin" Dynasty is a sequencial dynasty.
✔️ Even women and other ethnic and racial minorities have joined the dynasty in the United States of America while in the Philippines it is rare.
✔️ In the United States of America they only inherit the position if they are physically and mentally ready, however in the Philippines even someone is not that knowledgeable in politics they still support as long as he is related to the family.
✔️ Political Dynasty in the United States is not a big issue as long as the dynasty is helpful to the country, while in the Philippines there are already rallies.
✔️ Political Dynasty in Philippines is always controversial because of the different issues that each families have. Unlike in the United States of America that each family reign smoothly.
